Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of Leadspin ("the Service"), operated by Leadspin. By using the Service you agree to these Terms.

1. The Service

Leadspin extracts publicly listed business information from mapping and web sources and presents it as a downloadable list. A list is delivered as a one-time export — there is no subscription.

2. Pricing & payment

You pay only for valid leads — a record with at least one reachable contact channel (phone, email or WhatsApp). Records without any contact channel are never counted and never charged. Prices are shown before checkout and processed by Stripe.

3. Guarantees & refunds

• Valid-lead guarantee. If a lead you were charged for has no working contact channel, that lead is refunded.
• Bounce guarantee. If verified emails in a purchased list bounce above 5%, the difference is refunded.
• A free 3-lead sample is available before purchase so you can verify quality.

4. Acceptable use

You agree to use exported data in compliance with applicable laws, including anti-spam and data-protection rules in your jurisdiction. You may not resell raw Leadspin exports as a competing dataset, nor use automated means to extract data from the Service itself.

5. Disclaimer

Business data is aggregated from third-party public sources and provided "as is". While we verify contact channels, we do not warrant that every record is current. The Service is not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
