This policy explains what data Leadspin processes and your rights over it. It covers two kinds of data: data about you, the customer, and business contact data in the lists.

1. Customer data we process

• Email and payment details — collected by Stripe to process a purchase.
• IP address — used transiently for rate-limiting and aggregate analytics.

We do not sell customer data and do not use it for advertising.

2. Business contact data

Lists contain business contact information aggregated from public sources such as mapping services and the businesses' own public websites. It is intended for legitimate business-to-business outreach.

3. Processors

• Stripe — payment processing.
• Apify — data extraction infrastructure.

4. Retention

Purchase records are kept as required for accounting. Unpaid search previews are transient and regenerated on demand.

5. Your rights

Under GDPR, LGPD and similar laws you may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your data. A business that appears in a list may request removal at any time via our data request page — that record is then excluded from future exports.
